About our messaging programme. Alien Energy (Pty) Ltd sends transactional operational notifications only — equipment-offline alerts, alarm conditions and account messages (invitations and password resets) — to the plant operators, site owners and staff we explicitly onboard onto the AlienView platform. Messages are delivered by WhatsApp, SMS and email.
Recipients provide their mobile number and consent during account provisioning. We send no marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies with plant conditions; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance; for WhatsApp, block or mute the business number or contact us to be removed.
